Elastic Rubbers With High Suspension

Surface of the Independent Tine and discs are equipped with elastic rubbers manufactured from high-suspension special materials which will prevent surface copy, tear and abrasion.

Independent Tine For Surface Copy

Each independent disc mounted on the chassis is more advantageous for surface copy due to elastic rubbers rather than the structure with discs aligned on a single shaft. Each concave disc separately follows ground lines and leaves a straight surface by filling in fluctuations and traces. In addition, thanks to independent operating discs, it ensures optimum passage of organic materials between each disc.

Easy And Comfortable

It is absolutely reliable under the most formidable operating conditions. It significantly reduces the time for general maintenance without needing to lubricate disc bearings. Thanks to the high diameter flange of the bearing, the soil resistance on discs is reduced and it provides maximum strength for them.

more aggressive operations. It cultivates soil surface even under

formidable conditions. The main purpose of these disc is stubble tillage, seedbed preparation and weed management.

Depth Adjustment

Hydraulic depth and parallelism adjustment is used as the standard equipment in all our models provides great comfort. You can set parallelism and depth as you want without getting off your tractor.

Harrow

Thanks to the closing harrow positioned behind the roller for final preparation before planting corn and sugar beet, excellent conditions for disintegration, leaving a smooth cultivated surface and germination of seeds.

An additional advantage when using the harrow is the optimised straw distribution.

Pneumatic Or Hydraulic Brake Kit

40% of the machine weight is transferred to tractor when it is switched into transport position. When, it is switched into transport position and park mode, pneumatic or hydraulic brake kit is recommended for safe drive and stopping the machine whenever you want. Our machine can be equipped with a pneumatic or hydraulic brake.
