Mounted And Trailed Roller AÇMN

Mounted and trailed rollers are used within small parcels.  Basic duty of the rollers is to press the soil.  They are used to pulverize the clods which can not be broken with cultivation tools and to smooth the field surface.  Rollers may be used before and after the planting.  Before the planting, it presses on the soil by breaking the clods of the cultivated field; and a balance between air holes, water-air ratio of the soil is regulated and a well seed bed is prepared. 

After the planting, it helps to increase the contact of the seeds with the soil, to close the water in lower compartments to the seed area and thereby germination. 

Materials used in the rollers are inspected completely before manufacturing step and prepared for manufacturing after passing along the test step and quality materials are used.

Thanks to its design, the adjustments are simple and it is a very easy to operate machine. 

Roller are optional with 390 mm and 340 mm diameter.

With the help of a pin it is possible to use mounted or trailed.

With the shapes on the roller, the machine creates small holes on the soil surface and increases water retention and decreases surface flow.
