COPYROLL rollers are designed for additional soil cultivation before sowing specifically under heavy and dry conditions.
COPYROLL rollers are used for leveling the soil surface, breaking up clods and maintaining mellowness of the soil.
The machine can also be used after sowing. The operation carried out in this way ensures homogeneity for seed formation and having a perfect level area which will be ready for growing crops.

The machine has a standard built-in system for distributing the frame weight on flaps equally throughout the machine width.
Rollers without automatic weight stabilization functionality tend to apply the highest soil pressure on the center. In this system, the towing bar applies the load on the wheel frame and the central section and carries more weight than two flap sections.
There is not any weight transfer in a basic roller and as shown above, unequal weight distribution is plenary.
The hinges at both ends of the central part prevents equal distribution of the weight through the weight transfer system.
As the flap roller sections are attached with central hinges, weight is equally distributed throughout the whole width of the roller.
Weight of each roller group is efficiently applied on the soil in order to compact soil successfully.
Thanks to the individual moving functionality at each section, the machine ensures that the roller sections follow the field surface at the most rough surface conditions and ensures continuous contact of the volant and the gears of the roller with the soil.
You can increase the functionality by means of the hydraulic leveling leg and the harrow for all diameters which turn the roller into a cultivator at each flap.
Hydraulic operation allows retracting the hydraulic leveling leg when necessary and control the operation angle. Thanks to the hydraulic cylinder, you do reliable height and angle settings.
The folding mechanism is strengthened with the bronze bearing design at up and down in order to prevent abrasion on bearings and provide smooth operation.
You increase the useful life of the machine through the adjustable front blades.
40% of the machine weight is transferred to tractor when it is switched into road mode. When, it is switched into road and park mode, pneumatic or hydraulic braking kit is recommended for safe drive and stopping the machine whenever you want. Our machine can be equipped with a pneumatic or hydraulic brake.
The stone buckets are the perfect chance for cleaning the stones surfacing in rolling and cultivation operation or during frosts.
Through the optional stone buckets attached to Copyroll, lots of stones can be removed quickly and easily. By this way, it is ensured that the machines working on the field can cultivate it without any stone risk or ready for harvest.
The rollers are equipped with the tow bar as a standard.
